WHY THIS TRAINING PROGRAM?
Nowadays, Europe is focusing on developing awareness-raising on gambling and betting, as well as developing responsible gambling programs. Equally important, it is necessary for employees working in gambling halls to recognize, prevent, and manage certain player behaviors that may be out of the ordinary, and as such may become risky for both themselves and others.
Gambling halls need staff with the ability to manage what is happening in their spaces, strong communication and negotiation skills, to recognize problematic, self-controlled behaviors that will help to achieve optimal results for managing problematic players.
The opportunity to hold courses for gambling hall workers to improve, discover, and develop these attitudes and skills is particularly important. The course comes with an innovative methodology, based on interactivity and cognitive behavioral observation of the person, working with the group, case studies, simulations, individual coaching and non-theoretical assimilation.
